-pretend everything is in slow motion, including your thoughts.

-relax your body from the bottom up, ending with your brain.

-focus on a still object around you to avoid feeling dizzy.

-if you've been working on something for a long time, stop.

-if you've been in the same spot for too long, try walking around.

-if you've been moving, sit or lay down for a while.

alternate nostril breathing:
using your thumb and pointer finger to close opposite nostrils after each breath.

humming bee breath:
take a large breath and hum while you slowly exhale. see how long you can hold your hum.

hi. i made this carrd because as someone who has struggled with their mental health before, i wanted to create something that will hopefully help others.

please keep in mind that i am not a professional. everyone experiences things differently and if something on this site doesn't help, its my fault not yours.

i am 100% open to critisism. i'll already be happy if someone is using the site, so if you have something to suggest for this carrd i will most likely fix/add it.

i am making this site based on personal experience and information from organizations. if i am unsure about anything i will add links to organizations' pages to use instead.

if this site is able to help just one person i'll feel beyond accomplished.
